Haley began serving in Family Guest Services and quickly felt a desire to become more deeply engaged in ministry. What started as a simple call to serve soon turned into a deep passion for Kidside—where she now finds great joy in helping kids and families feel seen, welcomed, and excited to grow in their faith. Her heart for service was first shaped by her time in the U.S. Air Force and continued to grow during her career as a paramedic, where she cared for others in some of life’s most vulnerable moments. These experiences have profoundly deepened her commitment to loving and serving people well.

Originally from Ellettsville, Indiana, Haley now enjoys life with her husband, their three dogs, and a cherished grandson. She loves being outdoors, going on adventures, reading a good book, and connecting with new people. Whether it’s a quiet moment in nature or time spent with family, Haley is always looking for ways to bring joy, encouragement, and God’s love into the lives of those around her.
