Bailee Marshall serves as the Children’s Ministry Resident, where she is passionate about helping children and families feel welcomed, known, and encouraged as they grow in their faith. Her heart for ministry began in high school while serving with elementary-aged students and has continued to grow through involvement in middle school ministry and Family Guest Services. Through each opportunity to serve, God has consistently confirmed His calling on her life to invest in the next generation and create environments where children can experience the love of Christ. With a degree in Social Psychology and previous experience as an Executive Assistant for a youth mental health nonprofit, Bailee brings a unique blend of relational, organizational, and ministry experience to her role.

Having grown up at Northside, Bailee is grateful for the opportunity to now serve in the church that helped shape her own faith journey. She and her family call Southern Indiana home and enjoy making memories together through simple moments. Whether she is watching Marvel movies with her family, reading a good book, or spending time with close friends, Bailee values the relationships God has placed in her life. She is excited to continue growing as a leader while helping children and families take their next steps with Christ.
