Aaron was born in southern California and raised in Dayton, Ohio before moving to Indiana in 2005. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies, a Masters degree in Pastoral Leadership, and an MBA in Strategic Leadership. Before joining the team at Northside Aaron served as a Student Minister, a Connections Minister, and a Lead Minister—all three at churches in the Hoosier state. Aaron is married to the love of his life, Sarah, who is a Regional BCBA overseeing clinicians in nine autism therapy centers across three states and they have five beautiful children—four girls and a boy—who they consider God’s greatest blessings. Aaron joined the pastoral staff at Northside in June of 2021 and says, “There is no greater joy in my life than seeing the Kingdom advance, God’s people flourish, and the Church embody the life-giving hope of the Gospel. Serving at Northside is a gift and a privilege, and I’m so grateful to be here.”
