Here at Northside, we believe in the power of prayer. Below are requests that have been shared with us in the past two weeks, as you have time, please join us for praying over these requests. We use automated methods to remove personally identifying information from the requests.
Health Issues
Please pray for a close friend. An individual’s grandmother has broken her hip and likely her spine as well. She is waiting to be taken for surgery, but due to her age, it is a very dangerous procedure. Please pray for healing and safety.
Comfort/Grief
My stepson, who lives with us, attends Borden High School. Last night, a sixth grader tragically committed suicide. I kindly ask for prayers for the entire town, the school community, and the family affected. Thank you.
Hospitalization
Please pray for an individual in the hospital who is very sick.
Please pray for an individual who is having a heart catheterization on the 31st of this month and is already on full-time oxygen. They may need to have stents placed.
Family Issues
For strength and good health for a family that is falling apart right now. Please pray for the parents who have been very sick.
Current Events
Pray for the safety of the soldiers and provide comfort to the families affected by the strikes on a US base in the Middle East today, please.
Please pray for an individual’s mother, who is 76 years old and suffering from congestive heart failure. She is experiencing issues with a valve in her heart and is currently in the hospital. A heart catheterization is scheduled for Monday at 3 PM.
A coworker has a daughter who has just been diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. They are trying to determine treatment plans and would greatly appreciate all the prayers they can receive.
Please pray for an individual who is fighting stage 4 colon cancer. Pray for God to give him strength each day to live his life while undergoing treatments, and for the doctors to provide the best plan and personalized support to aid in his healing journey. ❤️
A coworker is battling cancer that may have spread, and she is finding out today about her condition. Please lift her up in prayer, asking that Jesus will grant her peace regardless of the answers the doctors provide. I pray that she feels the presence of Jesus instead of fear.
Please pray for a family member who had bypass surgery on February 6 and is still in the hospital. They experienced a medical emergency today and are having a rough time.
